Terms of Service

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your location and be able to enter this agreement. Connected services require authentication through Steam. Provide accurate account information, use only accounts you control, and do not share access or evade restrictions.

Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, spam, distribute malware, expose personal information, promote cheats, bypass security, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or use Titans Maw for unlawful activity. The Community Rules are part of these Terms.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Titans Maw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service. You may submit an appeal through the contact page.

Apex Credits, DNA Shards, skins, listings, rewards, and similar site features are virtual, have no cash value, are not financial products, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may adjust or discontinue virtual features to correct errors, prevent abuse, or change game systems.

Steam and any linked external services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Titans Maw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Steam, The Isle, or their respective owners unless expressly stated. Third-party availability is not guaranteed.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, preservation of member content, or that all errors will be corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, Titans Maw and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

We may update these Terms as Titans Maw changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Use the contact page for questions, notices, or disputes.
