This policy explains how Titans Maw handles information when you use the site. By using connected community features, you acknowledge these practices. Never submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, health information, or other highly sensitive data.
We receive the identity supplied by the site's access system. Connected features also require Steam OpenID authentication, through which we receive a verified 64-bit Steam ID and may retrieve your public Steam persona name, avatar, and profile URL. We also store profile details, feature activity, moderation and security records, virtual balances, and content you choose to submit.
We use information to authenticate members, operate profiles and player features, prevent duplicate or abusive accounts, provide support, moderate community spaces, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve Titans Maw. We do not use the site to process real-money payments or payment-card data.
Persona name, avatar, profile URL, bio, marketplace listings, clan activity, and community posts may be visible to authenticated members. Your Steam ID and connected-account details are not displayed publicly. Direct messages and support requests are restricted to intended participants and authorized moderators, subject to safety review.
We may disclose information to hosting, database, authentication, security, and moderation providers as needed to operate the service; when you direct us to; to investigate abuse; or when required by law. Steam independently handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Titans Maw does not sell personal information.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including security, dispute resolution, moderation, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information.
You can edit profile content and disconnect Steam, although connected features will lock immediately. Use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of account data. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Titans Maw is a general gaming community and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are below the minimum age required in your location or cannot agree to the Terms of Service.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site when appropriate. Contact the site owner through the private support form with privacy questions or requests.
